You Can Now Rent the ‘Summer House’ Mansion for Reunion Watch Parties

As Bravo fans gear up for the explosive reunion episodes of “Summer House,” viewers are now being offered the chance to experience the drama from within the very place where it all unfolded—and where Amanda Batula and West Wilson‘s controversial romance is said to have first started.

Amid the furious fallout from Batula and Wilson’s relationship reveal, the sprawling Hamptons property was put on the market for $5.65 million, where it remains at the time of writing.

However, the impressive abode, which has served as the set of the explosive “Summer House” for the past few seasons, is now entering a new chapter as a luxury rental with hospitality and vacation rental company StayMarquis announcing that is offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity to use the home as the setting for a reunion-focused stay.

Fans will have the opportunity to bid on one-night stays at the iconic Sag Harbor residence for private watch parties tied to the show’s season finale and highly anticipated reunion episodes.

The immersive experience will kick off on Tuesday, May 19, with the season finale, while three additional auction opportunities will coincide with the reunion episodes airing on May 26, June 2, and June 9.

According to StayMarquis, each episode experience will be auctioned off separately through an online bidding platform. Users will be required to create an account and submit payment information in order to place verified bids.

The experience grants the winning bidder and their guests exclusive access to the property for the evening, with accommodations for up to 16 guests and the ability to stay overnight after the watch party concludes.

The lavish Hamptons retreat—located at 2136 Deerfield Road—has become synonymous with some of Bravo’s most talked-about moments, serving as the backdrop for explosive confrontations, romances, and emotional conversations throughout multiple seasons of the reality TV series.

Sitting on roughly 4.3 gated acres between Sag Harbor and Water Mill, the estate spans approximately 8,700 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

The resort-style compound was designed for large-scale entertaining and includes a heated gunite pool and spa, a pool house, expansive patios, multiple lounge areas, and manicured grounds that have become instantly recognizable to longtime viewers of the show.

Inside, the residence features sprawling entertaining spaces, hardwood floors, elegant millwork, a chef’s kitchen with an oversized island, multiple fireplaces, and a first-floor primary suite complete with a spa-inspired bathroom and outdoor access.

The lower level also houses luxury amenities, including a home theater, gym, and media lounge, while the separate pool house is outfitted with additional entertaining space, including a bar and grill setup.

The concept, according to StayMarquis, was inspired by the increasingly emotional connection fans have developed with the cast and storylines featured on the show.

From the highs and lows of Kyle Cooke and Batula’s relationship to the fallout involving Wilson and Ciara Miller, viewers now have the chance to revisit the season’s biggest moments while sitting inside the very home where many of those conversations took place.

The company described the activation as a blend of fandom, luxury hospitality, and “cultural nostalgia,” while also aiming to create a highly immersive and shareable fan experience.

In addition to the overnight stay and private screening, selected top bidders will also have access to optional VIP add-ons coordinated by StayMarquis. They include catering, cocktail service, transportation, glam services, and branded décor experiences.

The property itself recently hit the market for $5.65 million after previously generating as much as $250,000 per month in summer rental income, further underscoring the growing demand surrounding homes tied to major TV franchises.

For Bravo superfans, however, the opportunity offers something even more unique: the chance to watch the drama unfold from inside the house that helped make it iconic.

While the network has done its utmost to keep details of the reunion under wraps, previous leaks from the set revealed that viewers can expert an action-packed three-episode arc, during which Miller is expected to confront Batula about her relationship with Wilson, referring to her in one leaked clip as “a snake.”

Host Andy Cohen later revealed that the tension inside the room where the cast shot was incredibly hard to deal with, noting that Wilson and Batula’s unexpected romance had “sent shockwaves” through the group, particularly their exes, Miller and Cooke.

“There were so many emotions on that stage—deep anger, deep hurt,” Cohen said. “This situation has truly sent shockwaves through this group. … It really has caused shockwaves through the group in ways that I didn’t even realize until I sat there looking into the faces and hearing from some of these housemates.”

It is also not known how the potential sale of the “Summer House” house would affect future seasons of the show, which has not yet been renewed for Season 11, although the drama that has unfolded among its cast members may well spur Bravo to pick it up again.

While the Hamptons dwelling has been rented by Bravo every summer for several years now, property records show that it has previously been offered publicly for as much as $46,000 a month.

It last changed hands for $4.6 million in 2021, with records showing that it was purchased through a New York–based LLC called Du-Car Management Co.
