NexPoint announced the successful full subscription of its NexPoint Lodging I DST, a $28 million Delaware Statutory Trust offering and the firmās first DST vehicle dedicated exclusively to the hospitality sector.
The DST is backed by the Residence Inn Salt Lake City ā West Jordan, a 99-key select-service hotel situated in a high-growth corridor of the Salt Lake City metro. The property benefits from proximity to major retail centers, corporate employment hubs, and transportation links that support strong extended-stay demand.
NexPoint has partnered with PEG Companiesā in-house hospitality management arm, PEG Hospitality Group, to operate the property. Founded in 2003, PEG has deep experience in the Salt Lake City region, having managed a portfolio of more than 3,000 hotel keys across the metro.
